All of the music in the Bebird musical illustration catalogue is protected and registered with SACEM in accordance with article L11-1 of the intellectual property law. The terms governing the use of the music, and the statement of use and broadcasting (‘déclaration d’exploitation et de diffusion’) are not copyright free and are no different from commercial pieces of music. In all cases, the rights accorded to authors, composers and publishers around the world (Sacem in France) remain reserved.
Moreover, the use of a recording from the Bebird musical illustration or classical music catalogue requires prior approval and the corresponding authorisation must be obtained from Bebird publishing as well as the producer and publisher. There is a charge for authorisation in respect of ownership rights to the recording, based on prices that relate to the type of use in question.
You will find a list of current prices below for the use of our music. A special price list will be sent to you regarding the use of classical music.
The honest declaration of the use of compositions for which we are the agents as publisher will enable our composers to make a living and create new music that you will be able to use one day. From our point of view, it enables us to finance quality musical projects that will enrich your productions in the future.
